Gro\u00dfes Interesse galt den Betrieben <em><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma\">Fam. H\u00f6lzl, Endholz 34, 4300 St. Valentin: Angus Rinder, Direktvermarktung mit eigenem Hofladen und Fam. Preitfellner, Engelberg 7, 4303 Erla: Bio-Beerengarten und Teeproduktion<\/span><\/em>. Nach interessanten Betriebsbesichtigungen gab es Verkostungen der betriebseigenen Produkte und Einkaufsm\u00f6glichkeiten.
